Service Description

Do you feel like you're repeating the same shapes in a trick or just taking a pose you know at random? In this class, students will explore a variety of shapes and poses using the aerial hammock. We will focus on creating clean, beautiful lines through body positioning while learning how arm and hand placement can enhance each shape. Students will develop body awareness, improve technique, and gain confidence in transitioning between poses with grace and control.
